To back up you save data manually before deleting your game: On your PS Vita head to the Content Manager app and this time select Online Storage. Then, under Copy Saved Data select the PS Vita System to Online Storage option. You will then see all the games that have saved data and their size.

Connect the PS vita memory card to your PC either thorough the Vita itself or with an adapter, run recovery software on the memory card and follow software specific instructions, this should extract all recovered files on to your PC, Find the save files and restore them to the memory card.

2. i plan on using my bigger sd2vita micro sd for my big game files so i wanna back up the games i have already installed and my saves. I used vita shell with usb but none of my games are there so i backed up what was there and plan on using FTP to back up the ux0 ur0 ect ect to my pc , is that the correct way to prepare to transfer everything from my SD vita card to my sd2vita microsd?
